Moog Protokraft Introduces Eagle GigE Vision Converters
Kingsport, TN, August 12, 2013 – Moog Protokraft announces the availability of its Eagle Series GigE Vision® video format converters that grab images from 2xRS-170 or Base Mode Camera Link® sources and convert them to the GigE Vision protocol for efficient video transport and distribution over Ethernet networks. These operations are performed with very low latency and jitter at the full GbE line rate. A sophisticated on board Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) enables remote network processors to monitor, synchronize and control the operation of the camera components and subsystems (on the Camera Link converter only). Eagle series GigE Vision video converters consist of 1x1000Base-T or 1000Base-SX port and 2xRS-170 or 1xCamera Link ports in a wall or floor mounted enclosure
Eagle series GigE Vision video converters are vibration isolated, environmentally hardened components designed for use in harsh environment applications.
- Sealed against liquid and solid contaminants
- Shock and vibration resistant
